HERO
Vibe Mode
Describe the set you want — type it or speak it using the mic button. Oto builds a set arc, matches tracks, and auto-mixes with dual-deck crossfades.
How to use:
1. Click VIBE in the top bar
2. Type a prompt or click the mic to speak
3. Pick a preset (3am basement, Sunset rooftop, etc.) or write your own
4. Review the plan — adjust set length, BPM, energy, and key zone
5. Hit Yes, start playing
While playing: Use direction buttons (Darker, More energy, Hold here, Peak now, Bring it down) or type/speak custom directions. Skip triggers a crossfade to the next track. Click Oto or Take control to return to DJ mode.
MIXING
Decks & Transport
Two decks (A and B). Drop audio files or use the library.
CUE — set a start point
PLAY — start playback
SYNC — match BPM to the other deck
Crossfader — blend between decks (3 curve modes)
EQ & Filter
3-band EQ per deck — drag knobs up/down. Double-click to reset.
K buttons — instant frequency kill
Filter knob — left = high-pass, right = low-pass, center = off
Effects
Beat FX (9 types): Echo, Reverb, Flanger, Phaser, Trans, Spiral, Ping Pong, Stutter, Bitcrush. Beat-synced with depth control. FX Chain layers effects.
Color FX (4 per deck): Noise, Crush, Pitch, Gate. Click to activate, slider for depth.
Performance Pads
5 modes per deck:
Hot Cue — set/trigger jump points (right-click to clear)
Loop Roll — hold for beat-synced loops
Slicer — hold to chop and rearrange
Sampler — trigger loaded samples or synth sounds
Pad FX — momentary effects while held
Stem Separation
Split any track into 4 stems: Bass, Vocals, Drums, Melody.
Click SEPARATE on a loaded track. M = mute, S = solo. Drag stems between decks for instant mashups.
INTELLIGENCE
Ghost Mode
Learns your mixing style — EQ habits, crossfader timing, effects — and deploys it on demand.
Hold GHOST 500ms (or press G) to activate. It executes a transition the way you would. TAKE BACK for instant manual control. Gets better with each session.
Style DNA
Your DJ fingerprint — built from session history, updated after every mix.
Shows: dominant technique, transition speed, BPM range, energy arc, harmonic preference. Tracks how your style evolves over time. Find it in the ··· menu.
Mood Map
Your library mapped to a 2D emotional space (Energy × Mood). Each track positioned by analyzing 11 audio features.
Click MOOD MAP in the library to toggle. Drag the selector to browse tracks by feeling, not filename.
SOCIAL
Live Streaming
In ··· menu → LIVE. Enter a title, start streaming, share the link. Listeners hear your mix via WebRTC and can send emoji reactions.
B2B Collaboration
··· menu → B2B COLLAB. Create a session, pick your deck, share the code. Your partner controls the other deck in real-time across devices.
Practice Room & Mentor Review
··· menu → PRACTICE ROOM. Broadcast your session for observers. They leave timestamped notes as you play.
MENTOR FEEDBACK — share a recorded mix for review. The reviewer adds timestamped comments you can click to jump to.
Mix Challenge
Weekly themed challenges. Record a mix, submit it, and see the leaderboard. New theme every Friday.
TOOLS
Library
Search, sort, rate, import/export your tracks. 40 demo tracks across 10 genres pre-loaded. Drag tracks to decks or the queue. A/B buttons load directly to a deck.
Recording
Click REC to record. Click again to stop. Export as WAV or WebM.
4-Deck Mode
In ··· menu → 4 DECK. Switch between A+B and C+D pairs. All four decks output simultaneously — prep the next pair while the current one plays.
Visualizer
In ··· menu → VISUAL. 8 full-screen WebGL shader modes. Audio-reactive with bloom, film grain, chromatic aberration. Save and share presets.
